The 15B group is used to transmit quickly basic tuning and allow faster acquisition for receiver.

The data of block 4 are same as block 2.

Basic tuning of 15B group are describe in the following figure :

Infos Description
TA
 Traffic Annoucement : Set to "1" if Traffic annoucement are broadcasted now, else this flag is set to "0" .(see flag TP description)
M/S

Music / speech : If a music radio program is broadcasted now, this flag is set to "1" (default value if unused function), else "0" is set to indicate a speech program.
DI

Decoder Information:

This bit allows to indicate to receiver type of broadcast used, associated to C1/C0 bits, it is possible to transmit sequentialy 4 bits:
